Absolutely, the brand takes utmost care and responsibility in handling the used textiles for this collection. We ensure that all materials undergo a comprehensive sanitization process to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness. This meticulous attention to detail is part of our commitment to delivering quality and safe products to our customers.
Please note that the shipping fee, both local and international, is not included. It will be coordinated separately after the order is completed. Once an item is purchased, the brand will send a message to the customer. This message will include an Order Form that need to fill-up by the backer. Once you filled up the order form, we will be reaching out personally (via email) with the attachment of your Official Invoice and payment details for the shipping fee.
All of our rewards, unless they have been specified as 'In Stock’ and ‘Ready To Ship', will be prepared for dispatch towards the end of June. This timeline has been established to ensure the utmost care and quality of your rewards. We understand how important it is for you to receive your items promptly and in perfect condition. That's why, throughout this process, we will make it a priority to keep you updated with the status of your rewards. We believe in maintaining transparency with our customers and will ensure you are informed every step of the way.
Certainly, we warmly welcome international backers to participate in our campaign. However, it's important to note that the cost of shipping is not incorporated within the initial purchase price. After you've completed your order, we will coordinate the shipping process separately. We will then reach out to you with an invoice that includes the shipping fee and the final price for payment.
In regards to our Custom Flower Vest, we have a unique process that ensures you get a vest that matches your preferences. First, we will arrange an online consultation. This consultation is a personalized session where the client is given the opportunity to select their preferred textile design for the flower vest. This interactive process allows the client to have a hands-on role in the creation of their vest, ensuring the final product is tailored to their liking. After the consultation and selection process, we will then begin crafting your flower vest. It takes approximately 3-4 weeks to complete this process. This timeframe includes everything from the initial design phase to the final stitching. We believe this process not only allows us to produce a high-quality product but also offers our clients an opportunity to be part of the creative process.
