We are in the middle of an unprecedented crisis felt all over the globe. The pandemic that we are currently experiencing has upended the lives of so many, especially the most vulnerable communities across the country. 

The artisans we work with come from rural communities. Most of them are handloom weavers, others are crafters working with abaca. The weavers fall under at-risk age groups, averaging at 59 years old.

By purchasing a digital WVN Home Textiles Gift Card, you will be able to help keep 160 artisans in La Union, Albay and Cavite healthy while the crisis ensues. Likewise, donations are also very much welcome and appreciated. Whatever amount you pledge, we will match the same amount with the WVN GC.

The crowdfunding will allow us to send them nutrition kits, which address short to long term nutrition needs. They comprise of food packs to appease hunger, turmeric powder for immunity, and seeds for sustainability.
