First Harvest has a big dream of bringing back the good old days of lovingly prepared homemade food using real ingredients. In the food industry nowadays, the need for real nourishment is instead substituted by artificial flavours, preservatives, and complex sugars.

If we do not examine the food that we eat, not only do we not get the nourishment we need, but also, our poor diet and the substandard ingredients are what culminate to health problems. This is evidenced by the fact that a growing number of younger people are becoming victims to childhood diabetes, hyperactivity, and malnourishment.

First Harvest is a dream to reverse the course of the food production industry. We from the First Harvest team, aim to become a household brand which produces food with conscience and real care. We want to revive the tradition of real food preparation and give consumers the better option.

First Harvest works with the abundance of Philippines’ resources, and the brilliance of Filipinos. We partnered with Gawad Kalinga residents in reviving the heritage recipes that our grandmothers taught us. We hope that with every bottle you consume, you feel closer to home.

We are planning to raise around 95,000 pesos. With this money, we are planning to purchase more equipment for our kitchen at the farm. The food processors and peanut grinders that we are going to acquire will greatly help increase our production and cater to the demands of our customers. It will enable us to maintain the quality of our products.

Product presentation is also very important to us. Part of the money that we’re going to raise through this campaign will be spent on making prototypes for product labels and product racks for retailers to use.

Lastly, we are going to use the raised amount for more product research and development. With the creativity of the mothers at the farm, we know that we can come up with more delicious treats for everyone to love. With the money raised through this campaign, we can explore more food products and bring them to the rest of the world to enjoy.
