This we do through our Big Mike Bikes.

Big Mike’s effect on the members of the community is multifaceted but in a nutshell is geared towards an enriched living condition.
For one, our Big Mike bike through being an indirect form of daily exercise as well as through being a channel to better access to clean water.

For another, the electricity generated may be used to light households thereby not only allowing the members to be more productive by working and/or studying even at night but likewise allowing them to feel and be safe at night.

Lastly, due to the fact that our Big Mike bike provides both reliable electricity and clean water just by pedalling, it serves as an efficient, effective, and immediate response to the detrimental effects of calamities, particularly storms.

BMB Solutions is a community-driven business organization that is geared towards empowering the marginalized sector by providing impactful social innovations that pave way for sustainable and enriched living conditions.

Big Mike is a low-cost, modular, electricity generating and storing bicycle contraption that, through different customized pedal-powered machines that may be attached and detached the main prime mover bike frame like a lego bike, likewise processes different raw materials such as rain and deep-well water into their more valuable counterparts such as clean, drinkable water.

Frequently Asked Questions

We will use the money to manufacture the final and actual product for a community. The money raised will hopefully bring three bikes for the community and will be able to help almost 45 families to have better and cheaper access to electricity and clean drinking water.

We will still continue with the pilot community, but with lesser units of Big Mike to be given to the pilot community.

If we go over our target, not only we got to provide a community with bikes that will definitely help them, we will also get develop another version of our big mike bike. We will get to proceed in developing more packages (solutions) that may cater more communities with different problems that BMB Solutions may address. Exceeding our goal will be of biggest help to us for us to further work on and accelerate our Research and Development of our Big Mike Bikes.

It’s better to visit the community with our assigned personnel. Also, this is part of the rewards in our page. Our community visit will comprise of food, and transportation care of our company in order to bring our beloved backers and supporters a great community visit experience.

Maintaining the bikes given to the community is also part of our business model. A maintenance/subscription fee will be asked from the families who will be using the bike. We can be easily contacted by the community leader who will report if there are any problems with the product. In addition, every month, a representative of the BMB Solutions group will visit the community and inspect the product. The fee will be P500 per month per family using the bike. This cost will cover all the expenses of the maintenance of different parts of the bike.

<strong=" "=">The team intends to deliver the rewards collectively every 2 weeks during the campaign time frame. Therefore, if the campaign starts October 1, rewards are to be delivered by October 14 onwards. This is for the efficiency of the process of the team as well. The product is currently in its research and development stage and communities are being screened as of the moment. Therefore, for backers of higher than 10,000, rewards may come later than 2 weeks since further processes and planning for community visits between the team and the backers varies and is highly dependent on scheduling matters. Nonetheless, the team guarantees that all <strong=">rewards will be focused on and taken care of as gratitude to our backers.
